October 2017 - Pharmacist Focus Groups

As a healthcare service provider, pharmacies have frequent patient contact, and research indicates that trust and satisfaction with pharmacists is very positive, but how might a pharmacy’s commitment to patient safety and meaningful patient interactions be demonstrated during an inspection?

The purpose of these meetings is to discuss with pharmacists the quality services that pharmacies provide to the public. This is part of the PSI’s ongoing engagement with registrants about developments in pharmacy inspection policy. Pharmacists’ inputs are sought, so please consider the meeting locations near you this October.

The focus group meetings will involve pharmacists in small, interactive workshop discussions. The meetings will start at 7.30pm and should last no more than one and a half hours. Tea and coffee will be provided.

Please consider the focus group dates and locations and register your interest to attend.
