Voluntary Cancellations
In accordance with the procedures set out in section 59
of the Pharmacy Act 2007 and in Rule 7 of the Pharmaceutical Society
of Ireland (Retail Pharmacy Business) (Registration) Rules 2008 (no.
495 of 2008) the names of the retail pharmacy businesses listed below
were, at the request of the owners thereof, on the dates specified, cancelled from the Register of Retail Pharmacy Businesses
kept under section 13(1)(a)(iv) of the Act.
