Involuntary Cancellations
In accordance with the procedures prescribed under the Pharmacy Act
2007, the names of the entities listed below were, on the dates specified, cancelled and removed from the Register of Retail Pharmacy
Businesses kept under section 13(1) of the Act, for failure to make
application for continued registration as a Retail Pharmacy Business in
compliance with Section 17 of the said Act, and for failure to pay the
prescribed fee.
